FRIENDS
The Friends of the Richland Township Library is a committee of the library that works with and helps in raising funds, promoting library services, and holding events in the community in conjunction with the library. The Friends of the Richland Township Library would like to invite you to join the Friends organization if you are not already a member.

SERVICE AREA
The Richland Township Library is located at 8821 Third Street, Vestaburg, Michigan. Richland Township Library serves the citizens of Richland Township and 2/3 of Ferris Township Vestaburg. Richland Township Library's service population is 3,702.

SERVICES
Richland Township Library offers more than books to our patrons, it also offers movies and magazines for borrowing privileges. Richland Township Library has movie rentals for $1.00 per night. Red and yellow dot movies that rent for $1.00 per week. Orange dot movies rent for free.  Other services available for small fees include copy machine, fax machine, laminator and computer printer. The library has 14 public access computers offering Internet and Microsoft Office applications to the public and 1 laptop that can be checked out for in-library use for adult patrons. Richland Township Library has toddler story hour on scheduled Tuesdays and an adult book club that meets the 4th Friday of every month. Richland Township Library also participates in the One Book One County programs as well as the Lions Club Santa Saturday.

TRUSTEES
Richland Township Library Board of Trustees meets monthly to conduct the business of the library. Normal board meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at the library starting at 6:30 PM.

STAFF
Richland Township Library believes in providing knowledgeable and friendly staff. Staff members are continually learning methods and information to better equip them for their jobs. Every reasonable effort is made to provide all of our patrons with quality service.
